36-VQFN BLDC driver with integrated Power MOSFETs
The DRV8313RHHR is a fully integrated brushless DC (BLDC) motor driver from Texas Instruments, combining the control logic and a three-phase power stage in a single 36-VQFN (6x6 mm) package with an exposed thermal pad. It integrates three half-bridge outputs built with Power MOSFETs, handling the commutation directly without an external driver stage. The supply voltage range spans 8V to 60V for both the logic and the load, so a single rail powers the entire motor drive circuit.
8V-60V supply and 150°C junction rating
The 8V minimum supply means the driver starts from a nominal 12V battery even during a deep discharge; the 60V maximum covers 48V nominal systems with margin. A parallel interface simplifies the MCU connection — three PWM inputs per half-bridge or a direct logic pattern to sequence the commutation steps.
Fully RoHS3 compliant, with no exemptions under the current directive — no process waiver required for lead-free reflow assembly. The part is catalogued under Discrete Semiconductors and carries the general-purpose application tag, covering pump, fan, and small actuator drives where a single-chip BLDC solution fits.
