Product details

Single-axis linear Hall sensor for automotive and industrial current/position sensing

The Texas Instruments DRV5053PAQLPGMQ1 is a single-axis Hall-effect sensor with an analog voltage output, rated for ±35 mT sensing range and 20 kHz bandwidth.

Supply range and output drive

The analog output can source up to 2.3 mA, enough to drive the ADC input of a typical automotive MCU without a buffer amplifier.

Housed in a TO-92-3 short-body through-hole package (TO-226-3 variant), the DRV5053PAQLPGMQ1 mounts directly into a PCB or can be wired with flying leads. The three pins are VCC, GND, and analog output — no external components are required for basic operation beyond a 0.1 µF bypass capacitor near the supply pin.
