Automotive-grade ±73 mT linear Hall sensor
The DRV5053OAQLPGQ1 is a single-axis linear Hall-effect sensor from Texas Instruments, qualified to AEC-Q100 for automotive applications. It outputs an analog voltage proportional to the magnetic flux density, with a sensing range of ±73 mT and a bandwidth of 20 kHz.
TO-92-3 through-hole package and sourcing
Housed in a TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) through-hole package, the DRV5053OAQLPGQ1 is supplied in bulk tubes. The three leads are the standard VCC, GND, and analog output — no external reference or compensation components are needed. Texas Instruments lists this part as Active in production. Maximum supply current is 3.6 mA, and the analog output can source up to 2.3 mA — enough to drive the input of a typical automotive ECU ADC without an external buffer.
