The Texas Instruments DRV5053OAQLPGMQ1 is a single-axis linear Hall-effect sensor in a through-hole TO-92-3 package, delivering an analog voltage output proportional to the applied magnetic flux density. Rated for ±73 mT sensing range, it suits position and current sensing in automotive and industrial systems where the sensor must share a 2.7 V to 38 V supply rail and survive ambient temperatures from -40°C to 125°C. AEC-Q100 qualification means the die and package have passed the reliability stress and temperature cycling tests required for under-hood and chassis-mounted electronics.

Parametric fit for the BOM line

The 20 kHz bandwidth captures fast-changing fields — adequate for a resolver-replacement or a current-sense signal at switching frequencies up to several kilohertz.
