Single-axis linear Hall sensor for position and current sensing
The Texas Instruments DRV5053OAQLPG is a single-axis linear Hall-effect sensor that outputs an analog voltage proportional to the applied magnetic flux density. Its ±73 mT sensing range covers common linear position, rotary angle, and current-sensing applications where a ratiometric voltage output is preferred over a digital interface. With a 20 kHz bandwidth, the sensor tracks fast-changing magnetic fields — suitable for monitoring motor commutation or sensing current in a switching power converter where the ripple frequency exceeds a few kilohertz.
