20 kHz bandwidth and wide supply range

A 20 kHz bandwidth supports fast feedback loops in motor-control or current-sense applications — the output settles quickly enough for PWM-synchronized sampling in a field-oriented control loop. Supply current is 3.6 mA max, with a 2.3 mA maximum output drive. Operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C places it in the under-hood or engine-bay ambient band — the sensor maintains accuracy across the full range thanks to on-chip temperature compensation.

SOT-23-3 package and board integration

The single-axis sensing direction is perpendicular to the package top; the magnetic field must be applied normal to the IC surface for the rated sensitivity. No external magnetics are needed beyond the target magnet.
