Active unipolar Hall switch for position and proximity sensing
The DRV5023FAQDBZR is a unipolar Hall-effect switch from Texas Instruments that activates on a south-pole magnetic field, outputting a logic-low when the field exceeds the 3.5 mT trip threshold and releasing at 2 mT. Running from a 2.5 V supply and drawing 3.5 mA switching current, it fits battery-powered or low-dropout rail applications where every milliamp counts.
Active lifecycle — no obsolescence concern
Available in Tape & Reel (TR) for volume pick-and-place, or Cut Tape (CT) for prototype and low-volume builds.
