For designs targeting EU RoHS exemption or non-RoHS markets (military, industrial, certain telecom), this is acceptable. For new consumer/commercial designs requiring RoHS compliance, an alternative part must be sourced.
Package and handling — what the Bulk form means
Bulk typically means the parts ship in tubes or trays, not on tape-and-reel. This affects how they are fed into pick-and-place machines — a tube feeder or tray handler is needed. For low-volume or prototype builds, Bulk is often preferred because it avoids reel minimums.
