Digital audio interface receiver for the I²S bus
The DIR9001PWR is a single-channel audio receiver IC that extracts clock and data from a digital audio stream and outputs it over an I²S interface. It accepts sample rates from 28 kHz to 108 kHz, covering the full range for consumer and automotive PCM audio up to 96 kHz plus a margin for 108 kHz variants.

The I²S output connects directly to a DSP, SoC, or audio codec with a matching serial audio port. The single-channel architecture means one DIR9001PWR handles one stereo PCM stream; multi-channel systems require one device per stream.
