Product details

Active production — eight 12-bit channels in a 16-ball DSBGA

The DAC60508MCYZFT: The 5 µs typical settling time means the output updates in under one SPI frame at 20 MHz — fast enough for most closed-loop control loops that don't need a dedicated fast-DAC. The ±0.5 LSB INL and DNL guarantee 12-bit monotonicity across the full output range.

Supply rails and reference — one less BOM line

The internal reference option saves an external reference IC and its bypass caps — one less BOM line to qualify. If you need a tighter drift spec, the external reference input overrides the internal one.

The 16-DSBGA (0.5 mm ball pitch) is hand-solderable with a hot-air station and a stencil — not a first-choice for a breadboard, but doable for a prototype run. The 0.5 mm pitch demands a 2-layer board with via-in-pad or at least a 4-layer board for fan-out on all eight outputs.

Sourcing posture — active, quoted to order
