The CY74FCT541ATSOCT is a single-element, 8-bit non-inverting buffer from the 74FCT logic family, with 3-state outputs. It operates from a 4.75 V to 5.25 V supply and is specified across -40°C to 85°C.
Output drive and bus interface
Rated output drive is 32 mA source and 64 mA sink per channel. The 3-state outputs let you disable the bus when another device drives it.
