Industrial-temp inverting bus buffer for 5V backplanes
It provides bus isolation and signal inversion for 5V digital systems, with output drive rated at 32mA for the high level and 64mA for the low level — enough to drive a shared backplane or multiple CMOS inputs without external line drivers.
Rated for a 4.75V to 5.25V supply, this part expects a regulated 5V rail with ±5% tolerance. The 32mA high-level and 64mA low-level output currents give it the headroom to switch the capacitance of a long trace or multiple loads on a single bus segment — but the asymmetric drive (64mA low, 32mA high) means the falling edge is faster than the rising edge, something to account for in signal-integrity budgeting on high-speed lines.
The 1.27 mm pitch is standard for this footprint.
ROHS3 compliant, so it passes current European and global restriction-of-hazardous-substances requirements without issue.
