The device accepts either an LVCMOS reference or a fundamental-mode crystal on the input and delivers up to three LVCMOS clock outputs from a single PLL core. Maximum output frequency is 230 MHz, making it suitable for clocking high-speed serial interfaces, ADCs, or FPGAs in engine management, ADAS, or infotainment domains.
Spread-spectrum modulation and dual supply rails
Spread-spectrum clocking reduces peak EMI at the fundamental and harmonic frequencies — a practical advantage when passing CISPR 25 radiated-emission limits without additional ferrite beads or shielding.

Housed in a 14-lead TSSOP with 0.65 mm pitch and 4.40 mm body width, the CDCE913QPWRQ1 fits a standard SOIC-14 footprint with minor pad adjustments.
