Triple 3-input OR gate for 2V–6V logic rails
The CD74HC4075M96 is a triple 3-input OR gate from the 74HC high-speed CMOS logic family, in a 14-pin SOIC package. It operates across a 2V to 6V supply range, making it a direct fit for 3.3V and 5V mixed-voltage boards. Each of the three independent OR gates can sink or source 5.2mA, and the propagation delay is 17ns at 6V with a 50pF load. The full military temperature range of -55°C to 125°C suits it for avionics, downhole instrumentation, and outdoor telecom where the ambient swings wide.

The 17ns max propagation delay at 6V, 50pF is the headline timing spec. In a 5V system clocked at 20 MHz (50 ns period), this gate adds about one-third of a cycle of combinatorial delay — fine for address decoding or control signal gating, but budget it if the path runs through multiple gates before a flip-flop setup. The 74HC family's balanced output drive (5.2mA both high and low,) keeps edge rates consistent across the supply range.
