74HC buffer with wide supply and military temp range
The Texas Instruments CD74HC367M is a 74HC-series logic buffer with non-inverting outputs and 3-state control, packaged in a 16-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm width) surface-mount package.
Output drive and bus isolation
The 3-state outputs let you float the bus when the device is deselected, which is the standard approach for shared data lines or multiplexed address buses. Two elements are inside: one handles 2 bits, the other handles 4 bits (hex), giving you a 2+4 bit buffer per package.
