The CD74HC32M96: Max propagation delay is 15 ns at 6V with a 50 pF load — fast enough for most 10–20 MHz clocked buses in industrial control or sensor interface boards. Each output sources or sinks 5.2 mA, which drives a single LS/TTL load or a CMOS input on the same board without a buffer. Quiescent current maxes at 2 µA across the full temperature range, so the gate adds negligible draw in battery-powered or always-on sections.
ROHS3 compliant per, with no halogen or lead restrictions that would block EU or California market entry.
