The CD74HC238PWR is a single 3-to-8 line decoder/demultiplexer from the 74HC family — one enable input, three address lines, and eight active-high outputs.
Supplied in a 16-TSSOP package (4.40mm width, 0.65mm pitch), surface-mount only. The supplier device package is also 16-TSSOP, so the tape-and-reel option (TR) is the standard production reel; cut-tape (CT) is available for prototyping or low-volume builds.
It is a single 3-to-8 line decoder/demultiplexer — three address inputs select one of eight active-high outputs. The single enable input gates the decode function.
