Triple 3-input NAND — 24 mA drive, 13.5 ns propagation delay
The CD74ACT10M96 is a Texas Instruments 74ACT-series triple 3-input NAND gate in a 14-SOIC package. Propagation delay is 13.5 ns max at 5 V into a 50 pF load, so the part keeps up with clock rates up to roughly 37 MHz in a single-gate path. The 4 µA quiescent current means it adds negligible draw in a mixed-signal board where the 5 V rail already powers a microcontroller or ADC.
Temperature grade and supply rails
The input thresholds are TTL-compatible: a low below 0.8 V and a high above 2 V, so it interfaces directly with 5 V TTL or 3.3 V CMOS through a level translator.
