Triple 3-input OR gate for CMOS logic chains
The CD4075BM is a triple 3-input OR gate from TI's 4000B series, packaged in a 14-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm width) surface-mount package. It operates across a 3V to 18V supply range, making it suitable for battery-powered and industrial logic systems where a single CMOS family must span multiple voltage domains. Each of the three independent OR gates accepts three inputs, with logic thresholds defined at 1.5V to 4V for low and 3.5V to 11V for high across the supply range. The 1 µA maximum quiescent current keeps the standby power draw negligible in always-on circuits. Output drive capability is 3.4 mA for both high and low states, with a propagation delay of 90 ns maximum at 15V into a 50 pF load. This delay sets the maximum toggle rate for the logic chain—at 15V, the gate can cleanly pass a 5.5 MHz clock before the output rise time degrades the logic levels.

The 14-SOIC package (supplier device package 14-SOIC) is a standard JEDEC footprint, compatible with automated pick-and-place and reflow soldering.
