Quad 2-input NOR gate for wide-Vdd control logic
The CD4001BM96: It integrates four independent NOR gates, each with two inputs, in a single 14-SOIC package. Outputs source and sink 3.4 mA each, and propagation delay is 90 ns at 15V with a 50 pF load.
Supply range and input thresholds
The 3V to 18V supply range covers battery chemistries and unregulated rails without an external regulator. Input logic levels scale with Vdd: low is 1.5V to 4V, high is 3.5V to 11V.
Supplied in a 14-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm width) package, surface-mount only.
