Single inverter in SC-70-5 with AEC-Q100 grade
The CAHC1G04QDCKRG4Q1 is a single-gate inverter from Texas Instruments' 74AHC series, qualified to AEC-Q100 for automotive applications. It operates across a 2V to 5.5V supply range and delivers 8mA source and sink output current. The -40°C to 125°C operating temperature range covers the full automotive Grade 1 ambient envelope — suitable for under-hood and cabin electronics where the junction temperature must stay within the rated band across load-dump and cold-crank events.
Propagation delay and drive capability
Maximum propagation delay is 7.5ns at 5V with a 50pF load — this sets the data-rate ceiling for the signal path. The 8mA output drive is sufficient to switch the input of a downstream CMOS gate or a low-power load without external buffering. Quiescent current is 1 µA maximum, keeping the static power contribution negligible in battery-backed or always-on automotive modules.
Supplied in a 5-lead SC-70-5 (SOT-353) package — the 0.65mm pitch and 2.0mm × 2.1mm body footprint fit tight channel spacing on a multi-layer automotive ECU board. The supplier device package is SC-70-5.
