The BQ294604DRVR: Rated for -40°C to 110°C ambient — this covers the full Li-ion cell operating envelope from cold storage to hot charging. The 6-WDFN exposed pad (6-WSON 2x2 mm) keeps the thermal path short; the exposed paddle should be soldered to a PCB copper plane to pull heat from the internal FET during fault conditions.
