Texas Instruments lists the BQ27620YZFT-G1 as NRND (Not Recommended for New Designs). X-ray is the only way to verify the reflow. If your rework station doesn't handle sub-0.5 mm pitch BGA, plan for a stencil and a hot-air profile that doesn't cook the adjacent passives.
