Single-cell Li-ion fuel gauge with Impedance Track

Interface and temperature range
Communication is handled through either HDQ or I²C — both common on MCU and PMIC buses — so the host-side integration is straightforward.
Housed in a 15-bump DSBGA (15-UFBGA) package, surface-mount only. The 0.5 mm pitch and small footprint suit space-constrained PCB layouts, but the BGA requires a solder-paste stencil and reflow profile — not a hand-solder part.
