Operating range and protection

Package and mounting reality
Supplied in a 12-DSBGA package (0.4 mm pitch wafer-level chip-scale), the part demands a clean solder-paste stencil and a reflow profile matched to the board thickness. The small footprint saves board area in space-constrained battery packs, but the BGA nature means post-reflow X-ray inspection is the only way to confirm joint integrity — a rework station with hot air can replace it, but the adjacent components need shielding.
