Ultra-low quiescent current and wide input range
The BQ25570RGRR draws 488 nA of supply current — this is the self-consumption floor that determines how much of the harvested energy actually reaches the load. In a typical solar-cell or TEG application, a quiescent current below 1 µA means the converter can start charging even when the source is delivering only a few microwatts. Input voltage spans 0.12 V to 4 V, covering the full output range of a single photovoltaic cell, a thermoelectric generator, or a piezoelectric harvester without an external pre-boost stage. The lower end (120 mV) is the cold-start threshold — the part can begin operation from a deeply discharged storage element.
