Housed in a 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package (5x5 mm, supplier device package 28-VQFN), the BQ24751BRHDTG4 is surface-mount and supplied in Tape & Reel (TR) format for automated assembly. The exposed pad requires a thermal land pattern on the PCB to dissipate heat from the charger's power stage, especially when operating near the 10 A charge current maximum.
