10A multi-chemistry charger for 2-4 cell packs
The BQ24751BRHDR is a multi-chemistry battery charger IC from Texas Instruments, supporting 2 to 4 series cells with a programmable constant-current charge up to 10 A. The max battery pack voltage is 18.048 V, and the IC accepts a supply rail up to 24 V. Built-in fault protection covers over-current and over-voltage conditions, which matters when the charger is driving a pack that can dump energy back into the rail during a fault.
Package and board-fit note
The supplier device package is 28-VQFN (5x5). Surface-mount assembly — the exposed pad requires a solder stencil aperture that covers 50-70% of the pad area to avoid voiding. Tape & Reel packaging is standard for the volume pick-and-place line.
