BQ24620RVAR — LiFePO4 charger, 10 A peak, 1–7 cells
The BQ24620RVAR is a dedicated Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery charger IC from Texas Instruments, supporting 1 to 7 series cells with a maximum battery pack voltage of 26 V. Charge current is constant and programmable up to 10 A (max), driven from a supply rail up to 28 V.
Protection and fault coverage
On-chip fault protection covers overcurrent, overtemperature, overvoltage, and short-circuit conditions — the IC shuts down or limits the charge cycle without external supervisory circuitry.
