Product details

2A programmable charge current for single-cell Li-Ion

The BQ24250CYFFR from Texas Instruments is a single-cell Li-Ion battery charger with a programmable constant-current charge up to 2A. The I²C interface lets the host controller set the charge current and termination voltage, and read back fault flags for over-temperature or over-voltage conditions. The 10.5V maximum input supply covers standard 5V USB and 9V adapter rails without an external pre-regulator.

Surface-mount only — no through-hole option.
