Housed in a 10-VFDFN with exposed pad (3x3 mm body, supplier package 10-VSON), the part is surface-mount only. A hot-air rework station can lift this package cleanly if the pad is pre-tinned and the board is preheated; the orientation mark (pin 1 indicator) is moulded into the package top.
