Charge current, timer, and fault protection

The charge current is constant and programmable via an external resistor; a programmable timer terminates the charge cycle after a set period. Built-in fault protection covers over-temperature, reverse current, and short-circuit conditions — no external monitoring components needed for these safeguards.

Store the reels dry — the VQFN package is MSL-sensitive and requires dry-bake before reflow if the moisture barrier bag is compromised.
