It is not 5V-tolerant on the supply or I/O, so a mixed 5V/3.3V backplane needs level translation on the driver inputs. The narrow window also means a 3.0V LDO output at the low end still holds the driver within spec, but a 2.8V rail would not — check your regulator tolerance against the 3V minimum.
