Product details

Active production — 24-bit sigma-delta ADC for precision low-speed acquisition

The ADS1226IRGVT: An on-die temperature sensor is integrated into the ADC, allowing the system to monitor die temperature without an external thermistor or RTD — useful for cold-junction compensation in thermocouple applications or for thermal drift correction in the signal chain.

Industrial temperature range and supply flexibility

The external reference input lets the designer set the full-scale range independent of the supply, which is critical when the sensor output spans only a few millivolts and every microvolt of noise matters.

16-VQFN package — layout and thermal notes

The SPI interface runs at standard logic levels matching the digital supply; no level translation is needed when the host MCU operates at the same voltage.
