The ADC081S051CIMF/NOPB is an 8-bit successive-approximation-register (SAR) ADC from Texas Instruments, sampling at 500k samples per second through a single-ended input.
SPI/DSP interface and SOT-23-6 footprint
Data is transferred via a SPI or DSP-compatible serial interface, which keeps the pin count to six in the SOT-23-6 package. The 1:1 S/H-to-ADC ratio means the sample-and-hold capacitor charges directly from the input during the acquisition phase — the source impedance driving the input should be low enough to settle within the acquisition time at 500kSPS.
