The 74S175PC is a D flip-flop from the 74S Schottky TTL family, packaged in a through-hole bulk format. It stores one bit per flip-flop, with four flip-flops in one package.

It is a D flip-flop — it captures the logic level on the D input when the clock transitions and holds it on the Q output until the next clock edge. Four independent flip-flops share a common clock and clear, so it works as a 4-bit register or a quad latch.
The 74S175PC uses the standard 16-pin DIP pinout: pin 1 is the common clear (active low), pin 9 is the common clock, pins 2–5 and 10–13 are the D inputs and complementary Q outputs for each flip-flop, pin 8 is GND, and pin 16 is VCC. The datasheet shows the full pin diagram.
