Hermetic dual op-amp for harsh environments
It delivers a gain-bandwidth product of 730 kHz with a 0.55 V/µs slew rate, rail-to-rail output swing, and draws 425 µA per channel. The 1 pA input bias current makes it suitable for high-impedance sensor interfaces, while the 300 µV input offset is adequate for general-purpose signal conditioning.
Military temperature range and ceramic package
This is not a plastic SOIC — the ceramic body resists moisture and outgassing, which matters for sealed or vacuum environments.
Operates from a single supply spanning 4.4 V to 16 V, or dual supplies. The rail-to-rail output stage gives you the full supply swing into a light load — useful when running from a 5 V rail and you need every millivolt of headroom.
Lifecycle and sourcing
For dual-sourcing resilience, the TLV9362IDDFR is a surface-mount 10.6 MHz CMOS dual op-amp with similar supply range and temperature grade, though in an SOT-23 package, not the hermetic CDIP.
