Package and logic family
The Texas Instruments 54S20FM is a NAND gate implemented in TTL logic, supplied in a Bulk package. This is a through-hole device, so the board footprint is a standard DIP pattern — no reflow profile to worry about, but check the hole diameter against your lead diameter before you drop it into the panel.
RoHS status and compliance
The 54S20FM is marked RoHS non-compliant. If your BOM requires RoHS-10 exemption or lead-free assembly, this part will not pass a standard reflow profile without a bake step — the SnPb finish on the leads can handle the higher peak temp, but the package MSL rating should be confirmed before the oven.
