What the 390 Ohm impedance means for signal-line filtering
The ACM2012E-391-2P-T00: This is a 2-line common-mode filter from the ACM-E series, rated 390 Ohms at 100 MHz. The impedance peak at that frequency tells you where it suppresses common-mode noise — it is sized for conducted EMI on data or signal lines switching in the 100 MHz band. The 300 mA continuous current rating and 800 mOhm max DCR mean the series resistance is low enough that a 300 mA signal sees under 0.24 V drop; above that current the I²R heating starts to matter inside the 0805 footprint.
