Common mode filtering for differential signal pairs
The TDK ACM2012-121-2P-T001 is a two-line common mode filter from the ACM series, designed to suppress common mode noise on differential signal lines without degrading the differential signal integrity. With a rated impedance of 120 Ohms at 100 MHz, it targets conducted EMI in the 100 MHz band, which is the typical switching noise range for DC-DC converters and high-speed digital interfaces like USB and HDMI.
Current handling and insertion loss budget
The 50V DC voltage rating covers most signal-level applications with ample margin, including 24V industrial buses and 48V PoE circuits.
Package and assembly fit
Housed in a 2.00mm x 1.20mm horizontal package with four pad connections, the ACM2012-121-2P-T001 mounts on standard surface-mount pads and reflows with common lead-free profiles. The 1.30mm seated height keeps it low-profile for dense PCB layouts where clearance above the board is constrained.
