The unshielded construction means the magnetic field extends beyond the component body — keep it away from sensitive traces or other magnetics on the board, or the coupling will shift both inductances. Rated for 355 mA DC with a DCR of 370 mOhm, the I²R loss at full current is about 47 mW. That's manageable in free air, but in a dense layout the self-heating adds to the ambient; the -40 to 105 °C operating range gives some headroom above the 85 °C typical for consumer gear.

The ±20 % tolerance is wide — typical for power-grade drum cores. That doesn't matter much for a ripple-filter choke where the inductance floor sets the current ripple; it does matter if you're using it in a tuned LC tank or a resonant converter where the frequency shifts with the inductance spread.
