AEC-Q200 automotive MLCC in the BOM line
The JMK107ABJ106KAHT is a 10 µF ceramic capacitor in the 0603 (1.60 mm × 0.80 mm) surface-mount case, rated 6.3 V with an X5R temperature coefficient and an operating range of -55°C to 85°C. X5R is the workhorse high-capacitance dielectric — capacitance drifts with temperature and DC bias, so in decoupling applications the 10 µF nominal rating will be lower at the rail's actual operating voltage and temperature. The ±10% tolerance band covers initial spread; it does not bound the environmental drift. AEC-Q200 qualification means the part passed the automotive stress suite: temperature cycling, humidity bias, board-flex bend, and vibration. For a powertrain or safety-adjacent ECU this grade is the floor, not a selling point — if the board sits in a climate-controlled cabin, a commercial-grade equivalent may carry better pricing without the screening溢价.

Cut Tape is useful for low-volume builds or rework station use. Maximum thickness is 0.95 mm, which clears the pocket depth on most standard reelers without interference. Confirm your picker's nozzle offset is set for the 0603 body height — undershooting the z-axis causes tombstoning on reflow.
