Sensitive gate triac for low-power logic drive
The STMicroelectronics Z0103MA 1AA2 is a logic-sensitive gate triac rated for 600 V off-state voltage and 1 A RMS on-state current, housed in a TO-92-3 through-hole package.
The 600 V off-state voltage covers mains with margin for line transients. The 1 A RMS on-state current suits small resistive loads. The 7 mA maximum holding current ensures the triac latches on once triggered.
