The VNQ860SP-E is an STMicroelectronics VIPower™ high-side driver with four N-channel outputs, each rated for 250 mA continuous. It switches loads from 5.5 V up to 36 V, making it a fit for 12 V and 24 V automotive and industrial systems where you need to drive lamps, solenoids, relays, or small motors.
