Qualified for the underhood — not just 'automotive-capable'
The STMicroelectronics TSZ182IDT is a dual zero-drift operational amplifier qualified to AEC-Q100, the automotive industry's stress-test standard. That means it carries documented PPAP readiness and a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, covering underhood, transmission, and engine-bay sensor interfaces. The 1 µV typical input offset and 3 MHz gain-bandwidth product let it handle precision current sensing and signal conditioning without external trimming — the zero-drift topology keeps the offset stable over temperature and time, which is what a battery-monitoring or motor-phase current-sense circuit needs.
Package and mounting — 8-SOIC, surface-mount only
Delivered in an 8-SOIC package (3.90 mm width), supplied in Tape & Reel or Cut Tape for reflow assembly. The 8-SOIC footprint is a standard across ST's automotive op-amp family, so a board layout can accommodate the TSV912IDT or TSV358AIDT as a second-source drop-in without a respin — though the TSZ182IDT's zero-drift performance is unique in that footprint.
