8 MHz rail-to-rail op-amp in a SOT-23-5 footprint
With a 100 µV maximum input offset voltage and 1 pA input bias current, the TSV911ILT can handle precision DC-coupled stages without external nulling. The 1 pA bias level is particularly useful for high-impedance sources such as photodiode transimpedance amplifiers or pH sensor front-ends, where bias current error would otherwise dominate the output offset. The 35 mA output current per channel provides enough drive for moderate loads or to swing an ADC input range.
Supply range and quiescent current
The 2.5 V minimum supply lets this op-amp run from a single lithium cell. Quiescent supply current is 820 µA per amplifier, a reasonable trade-off for 8 MHz bandwidth in always-on or battery-powered applications.
For procurement teams this means no near-term obsolescence risk and no need to qualify a substitute for ongoing production.
