30 MHz GBW, 20 V/µs slew — the bandwidth story
The TSV782IST: That 30 MHz GBW means the amplifier maintains its open-loop gain up into the low-MHz range — useful for active filters, ADC drivers, or signal conditioning in the 100 kHz to 1 MHz band where slower parts start rolling off. The 20 V/µs slew rate supports a full 5 V peak-to-peak output swing up to roughly 600 kHz before the output starts slewing. Below that frequency, the output tracks the input cleanly; above it, the large-signal bandwidth narrows and distortion climbs. For a 1 Vpp signal, the usable frequency extends well past 3 MHz.
Temperature range and supply flexibility
Quiescent supply current is 3.3 mA per amplifier. That is moderate for a 30 MHz part — the trade-off is speed vs power. If the application runs on battery and the signal bandwidth is under 1 MHz, a lower-GBW op-amp would draw less current.
The TSV782IST comes in an 8-MiniSO package (3.00 mm × 4.90 mm body, 1.27 mm pin pitch). It is a surface-mount package suited for two-layer boards — the 1.27 mm pitch fans out without micro-vias. The reel quantity is the standard 8 mm tape width for this package size.
