Single-supply, low-power op-amp for battery and industrial rails

It operates from 1.5 V to 5.5 V — covering a 1.8 V logic rail, a 3.3 V sensor supply, or a 5 V industrial bus without a secondary regulator — and draws 60 µA typical supply current, making it a fit for always-on sensor nodes, battery-powered instrumentation, and portable medical devices. The rail-to-rail output stage preserves dynamic range on low-voltage rails, which matters when the ADC reference is the same supply.

The wide temperature range also covers cold-crank and hot-soak conditions in automotive body electronics.

The input bias current of 1 pA is a CMOS advantage: it lets you use high-impedance sensors (pH probes, photodiodes) without a separate buffer stage, and it keeps DC errors from bias-current-induced voltage drops across source resistors.
