Its 450 kHz gain-bandwidth product and 0.08 V/µs slew rate define the usable signal bandwidth: expect a closed-loop -3 dB point around 45 kHz at a gain of 10, with the slew rate limiting large-signal swings above roughly 25 kHz at 2 V p-p. Input bias current is 1 pA typical, so the TSV6191AICT works directly with high-impedance sources such as photodiodes or pH probes without a separate buffer — the voltage error from bias current into a 1 MΩ source is 1 µV, negligible for most applications.
63 mA output drive and industrial temperature range
Output short-circuit current is 63 mA per channel, enough to drive the input of a downstream ADC or a small analog meter directly. Input offset voltage is 800 µV maximum at 25°C — a mid-grade figure that suits general-purpose signal conditioning but is not trimmed for precision DC measurement.
