The TSV524AIYPT: Each of the four channels draws 45 µA typical supply current, with a gain-bandwidth product of 1.15 MHz and a 0.89 V/µs slew rate — enough bandwidth for filtering and scaling signals from pressure, temperature, or position sensors in an engine control unit or transmission controller.
Parametric fit for precision analog front-ends
Input bias current is 1 pA typical, which keeps offset errors negligible when the op-amp interfaces with high-impedance sources like piezoresistive pressure sensors or thermocouples — the bias current doubles every 10°C, but even at 125°C it stays well below 100 pA. Input offset voltage is 600 µV maximum, tight enough for 12-bit accuracy in a 5 V system without a trim pot.
Package and board integration
Surface-mount assembly with tape-and-reel or cut-tape options; the package is RoHS3 compliant and moisture-sensitive level (MSL) per JEDEC — bake before reflow if the floor-life is exceeded.
